Your Impact
We are currently looking for an Account Executive to join our team to help us further establish Irwin as a leader in the Investor Relations Software market. If you're eager to make an impact, learn, develop, and collaborate, we want to talk to you!
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for taking our ideal client profile (Investor Relations Managers) through the buying journey to decide if Irwin is the right platform for them.
- Managing discovery calls, product demonstrations, pricing/ negotiations, legal/IT and procurement discussions.
- Cross collaborating with various departments, including the business development, marketing, client success, and product team.
- Responsible for running successful trial training sessions.
- Involved in the initial onboarding call post close with the client success team.
- Relay customer and prospect feedback for input into product development.
- Required to accurately forecast opportunities and log activity in Hubspot.
- Attend industry conferences as required.
Who You Are
- 1+ years of SAAS closing experience (could be B2C or B2B).
- Experience with business development and/or lead generation, either in a full cycle environment or as a BDR/SDR.
- In depth knowledge of modern sales tools and methodologies.
- Experience with value and consultative selling.
- Experience with competitive displacements.
- Possess high levels of organization, grit, humility, and accountability.
- Familiarity with modern selling tools including Hubspot or Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, etc.

- Experience in finance or capital markets.

This role reports directly to the Sales Manager, Ailsa Wells.

Hiring Process Overview:
Here's a brief breakdown of our recruitment process:
- Screening & Resume Review: Evaluate all resumes and responses.
- Initial Interview (20 min): Meet with our People and Culture team to discuss your motivators and align on role specifics.
- Second Interview (30-45 min): Interview with our Sales Manager, Ailsa Wells, to assess your skills and fit.
- Final Presentation: Prepare and present to a panel to showcase your expertise and alignment with Irwin.
