Your Impact

As an Investor Relations Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and contribute to their success while honing your skills in the rapidly evolving field of investor relations.

This role reports to the Director of Professional Services. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients, maintaining regular communication, and cultivating strong relationships.
  • Tailor and deliver a suite of services to each client, ensuring that their unique needs are met effectively.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on financial markets, industry trends, and client-specific data to provide valuable insights.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive board reports, weekly market summaries, enhanced investor and analyst targeting reports, and peer read throughs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of services to clients.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services based on client needs and industry insights.



Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years’ relevant experience in sales, client-facing roles, and financial analysis is highly preferred.
  • A deep understanding of the investor relations industry and financial metrics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and FactSet.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.

How We Hire

Hiring Process Overview:
Here's a brief breakdown of our recruitment process:
  • Screening & Resume Review: Evaluate all resumes and responses.
  • Initial Interview (20 min): Meet with our People Operations team to discuss your motivators and align on role specifics.
  • Second Interview (30-45 min): Interview with our Director of Professional Services to assess your skills and fit.
  • Final Presentation: Prepare and present to a panel to showcase your expertise and alignment with Irwin.
